This is a market-leading in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) bio-kit capable of staging diseases like cancer and cardiovascular conditions with a fingerprint spectrogram readout without the need for clinician interpretation initially.

1. Setting up a new laboratory either in the UK or abroad
2. Growing the team from a technical Founder by supporting the sourcing of a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), and other team members in the spirit of entrepreneurship
3. Scaling the 9c Protocol for mass production with a first market entry mode industrial partner
4. Validating that an IVD bio-kit for precise diagnosis can be isolated from the 9c Protocol (through knowledge exchange with our first market industrial partner).
